Recently, I finished Chillpreneur – it was a fabulous book. Lots of small lessons that add up to a less stressful life in general, I think (not just the business owning aspects of it!).

The author isn’t shy about telling you her tips and tricks for making a lot of money, and she is super generous in sharing her life hacks for what she calls a “Keyless Life” – which is a pretty cool concept.

As we’re in a season of talking self care here at Pro Motion Chiropractic, I’m all about easy little tricks that don’t cost much (or are free!) to free up brain and soul space for myself.

Here’s some of the things from Denise herself along with things that I’ve added!

  • Keyless entry to car or house – or both! (Ok, this one is probably more expensive of a trick – but now I have goals, ha!)
  • Phone charger in every room
  • Spare charger/cord in the car (USB ports available?)
  • Block scheduling wherever possible
  • Having one space where keys/sunglasses/can-’t leave home without it things go
  • A laptop power source at home and at office (this literally saves me about 12 seconds per day but the mental lift of NOT HAVING TO REMEMBER MY CHARGER is unreal, y’all)
  • A few freezer meals/pre-cooked things in the freezer to throw an easy meal together

My overarching question relating to any of this stuff – what’s one thing I can knock out NOW to make my life easier later this week or month – or just in general?

Tell me – what are your keyless life tips? What things do you do that make life a little smoother or easier for you?

xoxox,

Dr. Jamie
