Walk In Policy
While our office hours are generally consistent, sometimes life happens and they change a bit without notice. Dr. Jamie is dedicated to giving you the attention and love you deserve during your appointment and, for this reason, we honestly discourage walk in visits.
Life happens for all of us though – if you need to be seen quickly, please text! Dr. Jamie will answer as soon as she’s able and will do her best to accommodate you as soon as she can during scheduled hours.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel – and let us know how we can help you to reschedule. We try to be as flexible as we can and work with your schedule and needs. We also know that life and illness happens – please let us know when things come up.
Missed appointments are subject to a $45 fee. A missed appointment is any appointment that you miss with no phone call to reschedule. We are happy to work with you to reschedule on the same day during office hours with no fees.
Missing an appointment hurts 3 people: 1. You – since you are not getting the care you need and deserve and each adjustment builds on the healing of the previous one, 2. Another human who could have booked an appointment for that time, and 3. Dr. Jamie because she cares for you and worries that you’re alright.
